Duty of council members

As the representative of residents, the member does his/her duty faithfully. The local council member must be clean and keep the
dignity. So the member cannot take any kind of profit from autonomy and public body's contract or treats by using the status, or
request employment for the 3rd person. The member cannot hold other jobs

It begins from the day after the termination day of the former member. But, the term of by-election begins from the elected day, and
is the rest of the term of the former member.
