Deliberation and handling of petitio
The petition is the longest and traditional right of people which is guaranteed in the constitutional state. In South Korea, Constitution Article 26 regulates and specifies it. Petition is a system that a resident submits the letter of remedy or improvement for municipal matters with the introduction of a member.
